TESST College of Technology offers associate of applied science degrees and certificates in computers, drafting, health care, and trade programs at our three Maryland campuses. In addition, some of our programs offer internships to give you practical experience while you earn credits toward your certificate or degree. Our faculties are professionals in their field and can offer you valuable advice on how you can achieve your professional goals.
With an education from TESST College of Technology, you could be prepared to face the challenges in the workplace. We take care to design our programs so that they are relevant to the changing marketplace. Our technology-focused programs offer knowledge and career training that could qualify you for entry-level employment. TESST College of Technology’s programs are designed to prepare graduates to pursue employment in their field of study, or in related fields. However, the school does not guarantee that graduates will be placed in any particular job or employed at all.

Situated about 70 miles from Baltimore and Washington, DC, Kaplan University in Hagerstown provides conveniently accessible education to citizens in northwestern Maryland. Kaplan Hagerstown’s academics consist of nearly 25 certificate, associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degree programs in the following areas:

Kaplan University makes its courses available to high school seniors as well. The credits you earn can be applied to future postsecondary study. However, high school students are not eligible for financial aid.
Anyone with a high school diploma or GED can apply to Kaplan. The admissions process includes an application, interview, and optional campus tour. All credit for prior learning must be transferred before the first day of classes.
