NUHS' 35 acre campus is in the heart of suburban Lombard, a quiet, safe, family-oriented suburb. Lombard is known as the "Lilac Village" and welcomes thousands of visitors each year for its two-week "Lilac Time" celebration. Lilacia Park, in the center of historic downtown Lombard is an 8.5 acre park that boasts 200 fragrant varieties of Lilac bushes and 75,000 tulips and spring flowers that offer a floral extravaganza every spring.
Our campus is convenient to Yorktown Center, an enclosed 30-acre shopping mall. Students can also enjoy a movie at an 18-plex cinema, or dine and dance at several restaurant and entertainment establishments nearby, or visit the local roller skating rink or whirly ball court.

Acupuncture is a Chinese system of healing that seeks to treat health imbalances (Qi) through the use of pulse diagnosis, acupuncture point selection, and needle insertion.
