The Michigan Career and Technical Institute (MCTI) is a specialized vocational training and rehabilitation center for Michigan citizens with disabilities. Students at MCTI live in on-campus dormitories, supported by a 24-hour staff and on-site necessities.

Located in Plainville, Michigan, MCTI is a public institution that offers vocational and technical training, specializing in job placement and competitive employment after graduation. MCTI holds classes specializing in “Employability Skills” and further training in the following career fields:
