Vantage Career Center

Vantage Career Center offers a practical nursing program in partnership with Northwest State Community College and Wright State University.

Vantage Career Center also offers career and educational programs throughout Van Wert County, some of which are free to attend.

While Vantage Career Center is based in Van Wert, Ohio, adult programs are held throughout the county in such towns as Delphos, Celina and St. Mary’s. These basic adult education programs include GED-prep and ESL and are free of charge.

Vantage Career Center also offers programs for high school students, leading to careers or to college transfer. These diplomas, degrees and career certificates are offered in Business, Trade and Industry fields and service occupations like culinary arts and cosmetology.

Vantage’s courses are offered during the day, in the evening, on weekends and online.

Vantage Career Center’s career services department is comprehensive. They provide numerous online career assessments and indexes as well as career resources, career counseling, resume writing assistance, access to job databases and apprenticeship programs.

Financial aid is available to eligible students. Options may be discussed with a financial aid counselor.
