Description

Ridge Career Center provides comprehensive career training with flexible scheduling and study options.

Located in Winter Haven in central Florida, Ridge Career Center offers advisors who meet with newly enrolled students to assess their skills and interests and, from there, inform them of the best program of study.

Ridge offers degree, diploma and certificate programs in such areas as Architecture and Construction, Business, Education, Health Sciences, Human Services, Law, Manufacturing, and others.

Ridge also has adult general education options for those who wish to prepare for the GED or undertake vocational preparatory instruction.

The instructors do their best to teach classes in a hands-on way that integrates knowledge with practical application. Since Ridge courses allow students to work at a pace that’s comfortable, knowledge and skills may be acquired on a student’s own time.

Class schedules are also flexible and include day, evening and online degree options.

Upon leaving Ridge, students may seek help from couselors in the job search and placement process, hopefully helping them to land a job before or right after graduating.
