Description

Located in Vineland, New Jersey, Cumberland County College was established as the state’s first community college. Cumberland offers dozen of vocational training programs, and students on an associate’s degree track are transferring to four-year universities at a surprisingly high rate.

Associate’s degrees are offered in almost every major, while career-specific certificates are offered in various vocational studies, such as Engineering, Early Childhood Education, Health Services Administration, Practical Nursing, and many more.

Students on the academic path are encouraged to transfer to four-year universities. Because Cumberland is a public community college, credits transfer easily to other public institutions, such as four-year universities and colleges.

Student support services are offered to provide career advising, to deliver quality tutoring and academic workshops, and to help eligible students secure financial aid.

Student life is an important aspect of the overall college experience. Cumberland offers a full list of student organizations, student government opportunities, and athletic teams.

Cumberland County College understands how important it is to successfully secure a meaningful profession. Whether a student takes a vocational or academic path, Cumberland offers the tools to succeed.
