Description

Some junior colleges are intended for transfer students, but Cambridge Junior College’s emphasis is on getting your career started. Cambridge offers two-year programs in health care and business, two rapidly growing professions, and has campuses in Woodland (about 15 miles outside of Sacramento) and Yuba City.

Because many of its students are working professionals, convenience and flexibility are key components of Cambridge Junior College. The school is quite flexible when it comes to scheduling: you can take classes during the day or in the evening. Online courses are also available, so you can study at home on your own time.

Cambridge is notable for its extensive job placement services. In addition to finding open positions, Cambridge also teaches its students how build a great resume and prepare for interviews. You’ll learn everything you need to give you a professional edge, from the importance of networking to how to dress for success.

Applying to CJC is both quick and comprehensive. You first meet with an admissions officer, where you’ll have the chance to ask questions about the school. Then, you submit your application and meet with a financial aid officer to fill out required documentation. To find out more, contact Cambridge Junior College directly.
