Within an hour of Los Angeles, California Baptist University in Riverside, California offers a great location in which to pursue an integrated Christian education that supports its students intellectually, professionally, spiritually and socially.

Subjects at Cal Baptist include majors in the liberal, fine and performing arts, the behavioral sciences, Business, Allied Health, Christian Ministries and Engineering.

In addition to campus ministry, chapel services and other forms of spiritual expression, the spirituality at Cal Baptist pervades the academic experience. Students examine ideas from a Biblical perspective and also are encouraged to define their life goals from the perspective of their God-given purpose.

Festivals and traditional school activities include the Midnight Breakfast and the Yule Festival, and are a major part of Cal Baptist’s student life. Students are also encouraged to meet one another through school clubs and organizations, which include everything from an American Sign Language Club to a Cooking Club to a Pre-Law Society.

Students interested in applying will need to submit recommendation forms, transcripts and an essay. Graduate program requirements vary depending on the department.
