Harcum College, in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, is a fully accredited, private institution designed to give students quality career preparation in Allied Health, Business and Professional Studies, and Social Sciences. The college provides excellent instruction, small class sizes, close faculty-student relationships, and individual student attention.

At Harcum College, there are a number of benefits. All instructors are professionals in their field and every student is given opportunities for career-related work experience through internships, clinical or practical experience, or service learning activities. The college’s programs are designed so students graduate with both career-specific and life-enriching skills.

Academics at the college are associate’s degrees for transfer to a 4-year college or for careers in respective industries, like Allied Health Services, Nursing, Dental Hygiene, Histology, Physical Therapist Assistant, and many more.

The Business programs offer a blend of fundamental skills and firsthand business practice in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Fashion Design, International Business, and more, while also emphasizing the importance of a liberal arts education by developing students’ writing, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Students enrolled in Social Sciences prepare for careers in Law & Justice, Human Services, General Studies, and more. Certificate programs include Residential Design, Animal Assisted Therapy and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant.

The Office of Campus Activities also provides students with useful tools and resources by sponsoring services, events, and programs designed to educate and advocate students while also entertaining and challenging them.

On-campus housing and a meal plan are available, but not required.

More than 90% of the student body receives some form of financial aid, which is available to eligible students.
