Hairitage College of Beauty prides itself in the constant evaluation of the existing situation, and thus advancing from that. The management and staff meet on a continual basis in order to discuss areas of improvement as well as areas that are working well, that we may extend from.
It is the educational goal of our institution to maintain a supplementary form of education which enables the students to learnand advance at a reasonable and steady rate in order to graduate and ultimately obtain their license. In other words, a beginning student will receive basic application, whereas a student preparing for graduation will be exposed to more advanced techniques, and be encouraged to proactice these techniques.
There are also group classes. These are classed scheduled within the regular week that allow the students participating to see guest artists, new methods and techniques as well as focus clases, such as reiewing standard basic class procedure. Hairitage has featured some of the world's most renowned hair, make-up and fashion experts, such as Horst International, Vidal Sassoon, Marc Pipino, Lee Tanaka, Grahm Webb, Tony Sharaki, and Keiji. By featuring these artists, we are able to keep our students excited and informed about the profession they have chosen. We are adequately staffed with competent, well-trained staff members who work together toward the commmon goal of successfully educating our students in a supplemaentary fashion. All the policies and procedures governing the school activities directly support our efforts in meeting our objectives. Our facility is attractive, well lighted with ample stations in which the students work on the clinic floor. The physical situation, like the education, staff, and management, are continually being evaluated and improved upon. It is the concern of the ownere and management to maintain compliance toward the regulations that the state has set to oversee such matters.
