For over 35 years, University of Cosmetology Arts in McAllen, Texas has had time to refine its programs. Students can, therefore, expect to get highly individualized training that will meet their educational needs.

Whether undergoing training in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Nail Care or Shampooing and Conditioning, students at University of Cosmetology Arts are given instruction that is specifically tailored to match their goals, interests and ability level.

Also designed to meet the varied needs of its students is the school’s flexible scheduling, which allows students to attend school in the daytime, the evening and on a part-time or full-time basis.

Another benefit of the university’s beauty arts training is that it is hands-on, as students practice their hairstyling, nail and skincare skills at the school salon.

In addition to awarding state, federal and institutional financial aid, University of Cosmetology Arts honors the Dislocated Workers program, designed to help unemployed individuals to train for a new career.
