Since 1975 the North Central West Virginia Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) has been training individuals for employment in a variety of careers. OIC's unique combination of academic and hands-on curriculum based programs are specifically designed to provide extensive career training over a short period of time. At OIC our goal is to help those who want to help themselves by providing education, job training skills and personal attributes necessary for success in today's job market. OIC is a private non-profit community based career and job training facility that provides education and specialized training for the future.
