Description

The Blessing Hospital School of Radiologic Technology in Quincy, Illinois, prepares students for careers in medical imaging.

Blessing has a two-year program in Radiologic Technology that includes a combination of learning in the classroom and in the clinic. Students start off their training program with an academic curriculum, and then they move into hands-on application.

As part of the program, the school is also committed to getting its students ready to take the national registry exam for radiography.

Applications should be submitted with official transcripts, reference letters, and application fee to meet admissions requirements. Standardized test scores and other criteria are also considered.

Federal financial aid in the form of grants and loans is given to those who qualify to assist with tuition costs and other educational expenses.

The school not only provides education in Radiologic Technology programs, but also offers a multitude of services to the community (inpatients and outpatients) on a daily basis such as diagnostic radiography, mammography, MRI and ultrasound.
