Madison Adult Career Center provides comprehensive career training programs as well as short-term career improvement programs, personal enrichment courses and training for businesses.

Located in Mansfield, Ohio, Madison’s career development programs are offered in such fields as Automotive Technology, Cosmetology, Welding, Dental Assisting and Radiography.

For those already in a career, Madison has short-term courses to help individuals enhance career skills. These courses are mostly geared towards training students in technologies currently in use in their field. Short-term courses are offered in such fields as Early Childhood Education, Computer Science and health-related fields.

Students who are simply interested in taking a course of personal interest or perhaps cultivating a long-lost passion can benefit from Madison’s special interest courses. These are assembled based on the community’s interests and include Sign Language, Creative Writing, Public Boating and Calligraphy.

For those who have gone to Madison looking for the training needed to find a career or employment, Madison has a job referral board. This features links to job openings in Richland, Crawford, Ashland, Wayne and other counties.

Financial aid at Madison may be granted to eligible students in the form of loans, grants or some combination of these and other sources.
