Best AnswerI went to BHCC. My best friend studied accounting. He had a 3.8 GPA and went to Suffolk with a few scholarships. I majored in History/Gov, had a 4.0 and got a full scholarship to BU, Brown and Suffolk so i got to choose. Best advice I can give you is to be really diligent in your studies and get involved in extra curricula rs. |
Question: if you take a college course online, how do you take the final? in school or online?do you ever have to go into the actual college? or do you do the entire course online. I am going to bunker hill community college in charlestown ma23 months ago
Best AnswerIt depends on the school and the class. Some classes don't have an exam but instead require a paper. Others have exams online - often open book. Many require that you either take the exam on campus or supervised by an approved proctor. Proctors aren't difficult to find but if your school requires that you use a college testing center as your proctor then a fee may be involved. Some 'online classes' aren't really 'online' but are instead 'hybrid' - there are online and classroom components involved. Be sure you know ahead if classroom time is required and if there are proctored exams. The course syllabus should explain all of these particulars and if the syllabus isn't online, you can ask the professor for a copy before you register. |
