Description
In addition to offering highly marketable career training programs with a particular focus in business, Harrison College in Columbus, Ohio offers student counseling that isn’t only comprehensive, but round-the-clock as well.
Harrison has more than ten additional campuses throughout Ohio and in Indiana, with each campus having particular academic specialties.
The Columbus campus offers degrees in Criminal Justice, Medical Assisting and Medical Reimbursement Technology as well as over five different associate degree programs in Business, including Business Management and Human Resources.
Students get significant one-on-one attention from instructors who not only give academic mentoring, but career guidance as well.
Such personalized attention is not just confined to the classroom. Students also have access to a 24-hour student service line where they can receive counseling and assistance in everything from academics, to childcare-needs to personal matters.
Additional student services include tutoring, academic advising and a lifetime career-placement program which doesn’t only help soon-to-graduate students find jobs, but alumni of Harrison as well.
Financial aid counselors are also always available to assist students with calculating their financial need and total costs of tuition and materials, and with applying for aid.
The admissions department requires that applicants have a high school diploma or GED. An entrance will also be given to accepted students to determine class placement.
