Looking for a great public university to earn your bachelor’s degree, or maybe even your master’s? Nicholls State University, located in Thibodaux, Louisiana, offers superb programs for many interests and skill levels.

Associate’s degrees are offered in a few concentrations, mostly geared toward vocational training. Associate’s programs include Child Development Management, Culinary Arts, Petroleum Services, and Safety Technology.

Bachelor’s degrees can be earned in almost every traditional field. Graduate programs include Education, Business Administration, Psychological Counseling, Mathematics, Marine and Environmental Biology, and School Psychology.

Students are encouraged to apply for the honors program, and study abroad programs are offered for all eligible students. International study abroad opportunities offers programs in Europe and Costa Rica.

Student life is booming on campus. Students are encouraged to get involved with the many student organizations, student government opportunities, residential halls, Greek life, community service clubs, athletic teams, and so much more. At Nicholls State University, there is no shortage of campus activity.

Support services are a valuable resource to students of Nicholls. Individual tutoring is available to help struggling students, while various academic workshops are routinely available as well. Students are encouraged to take advantage of career services and academic advising. Financial aid is available for eligible students.
