Located in the town of Essex Junction, Vermont, the New England Culinary Institute offers superb academic and vocational training programs for those interested in pursuing a career in the art of cooking.

Students have several concentrations and academic degrees to choose from.

A Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts is offered for students interested in the most in-depth training and academic prestige. Concentrations for the bachelor’s program include:
*Wine and Beverage Studies
*Sustainability
*Baking and Pastry Arts

A Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Restaurant Management is also offered, while students can also choose the same concentration for an associate’s degree.

Associate’s degrees are also offered in Culinary Arts, and Baking and Pastry Arts. Certificates are offered in Professional Cooking, Professional Baking, and Professional Pastry.

All degrees tracks include residency programs to ensure adequate hands-on training.
