Campbell has the ideal college setting. Situated just east of the center of the state, the region is one of the most progressive for education and research in the Southeast. Raleigh, the state's capital, and Fayetteville are 30 miles from the campus. Within about an hour's driving time are the Research Triangle Park and the city of Durham.

Campbell University is concerned with maintaining, for living and learning, an environment consistent with Christian ideals. The current enrollment of more than 6,700 undergraduate and graduate students (4,500 on main campus) comes from all fifty states and forty-six countries.
