Interested in a career in cosmetology? Branford Academy of Hair and Cosmetology offers superb cosmetology instruction. Located in Branford, Connecticut, students can be confident they are learning from the best, with experienced professionals and required hands-on training.
Branford Academy offers several areas of training, and several levels of training. Enrolled students will study through three phases: Freshman, Intermediate, and Senior.
The Freshman Phase offers basic instruction in professional development, hair cutting, sanitation, and hair design. The Intermediate Phase offers more advanced courses in hair design, but also in skin care, and nail technology. The Advanced Phase requires students to work on real people in the on-site clinic, which is open to the public. Students study for state licensure exams, and are ready for graduation.
Support services for students include individual tutoring and financial aid services for those who qualify.
