Description

Athens Technical College (ATC) in Athens, Georgia is a quality technical school that is always growing and evolving.

Athens Technical College offers over 100 vocational certificates, diplomas and associate degree programs leading to careers as a plumber, paramedic, medical assistant, restaurant manager or social services assistant, among others.

ATC also offers adult basic education courses in GED preparation and English-language skills.

Regardless of which academic or career pathway students pursue, there is definitely a high level of satisfaction among those attending ATC. This is clear from its attendance rate, which is growing all the time and beating out many comparable schools all across the country.

Though growing at an accelerated rate, ATC continues to accommodate all of its students’ career needs. Its career services division doesn’t only provide job referrals and workshops in developing job searching, resume writing and interviewing skills; they also guarantee student-employability. That is, alumni of the school who don’t feel competent in their skills may repeat courses free of charge.

Financial aid is available at ATC in the form of loans, grants, work-study and scholarships for eligible students.

Students interested in finding out more about ATC may attend a “TECH” informational session offered every Tuesday for prospective students. Find out more by contacting Athens Technical College today.
