Hair In Motion is a Post Secondary Vocational School that offers two programs, Cosmetology and Manicuring.
Traditionally, the primary focus of beauty schools has been on teaching students the basic skills required to pass the state license exam. Yet, as your favorite hairdresser will tell you, learning such basic skills is not enough. Cosmetology is a profession, and as with any profession, talent can only get you so far. Therefore, in addition to teaching the fundamental skills required to pass the Massachusetts State Board examination, we also focus on practical experience, client-relation skills, and selling techniques.
Small classes and individual attention to students separate us from the competition. We offer licensed instructors (100%), maintain a 100% passing rate on state board exams, 95% job placement, and a superior education.
We are members of professional associations such as Worcester Cosmetology, Massachusetts State Board, and The Massachusetts Cosmetology Association.
78% of our students are referred from graduate students or Salon's who have hired our graduates.
