Indian Capital Technology Center (ICTC) District No. 4 is a technical school dedicated to preparing youth and adults to become productive and economically efficient in our society. ICTC was established to serve secondary students, post-secondary students, adults in upgrading skills, on-the-job trainees, and business & industry. Indian Capital Technology Center develops world class workers. Indian Capital Technology Center prepares people for success in the workplace.
Our Evening, Weekend, and Online classes are very popular with post-secondary students who are retraining and/or enhancing career skills, continuing professional education, or pursuing personal interests. Secondary students can also enroll to earn credit toward high school graduation in courses that qualify.
These inexpensive courses feature flexible schedules at any one of the four Indian Capital Technology Center campuses Muskogee, Sallisaw, Stilwell, or Tahlequah, OK. Instructors are knowledgeable, and most of them actually work in the business and industry areas they teach.
Most classes are 8 - 12 weeks in length and meet twice weekly (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday). The courses usually meet in the evening hours from 3:30 6:30 or 6:30 9:30. Course work is hands-on, with most courses taught in a shop or lab, using equipment currently used in the work place.

Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science programs are two year programs for individuals seeking a career as administrative assistants and/or secretaries and stenographers. These programs include instruction in business communications, principles of business law, word processing and data entry, office machines operation and maintenance, office procedures, public relations, secretarial accounting, filing systems and records management, and report preparation. This technical program teaches the knowledge and skills to lay out, cut, fabricate, erect, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures, using hand and power tools. The two year Automobile Technician program teaches individuals to repair, service, and maintain all types of automobiles.
