Description

Collin College – Courtyard Center

Collin College’s Courtyard Center serves as the school’s main location for workforce development. The Courtyard Center offers continuing education courses in areas like healthcare, computer education, ESL and more.

It is also home to the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and the Center for Workforce & Economic Development (CWED). The CWED offers a range of services, including consulting and workforce training. Similarly, the SBDC provides consulting and training geared toward small businesses.

Another important part of the Courtyard Center’s academics is the Seniors Active in Learning (SAIL) program. SAIL enables local senior citizens to take noncredit classes for personal enrichment.

Because it is not a traditional campus, Collin College – Courtyard Center does not offer financial aid. In fact, many of its programs are available free of charge. You can learn more about the Courtyard Center and its educational offerings by calling (972) 985-3790.
