Liberty Training Institute (LTI) was founded in 1994 as The College with the educational objective of training individuals in Jewelry Repair and Manufacturing, Stone Setting, Spin Casting, and TV/VCR Repair.
In a effort to meet the demands of the current labor market, as of 1996, The College not only expanded its services by offering courses in automotive electrical repair and computers, but also changed its name to Liberty Training Institute.
