Agricultural Animal Breeding programs apply genetics and genetic engineering to improve agricultural animal health, develop new animal breeds, and selectively improve agricultural animal populations. The program includes coursework in genetics, genetic engineering, population genetics, animal health, animal husbandry, and biotechnology.
