Scholarship Criteria
Applicant must be a graduate student at an accredited school in the U.S. or Canada who already possesses a bachelor's degree by their application year. Applicant must be studying concrete construction and be enrolled for at least six credit hours per semester. Transcripts, recommendations, and an essay are required to be submitted.
