Popular University of Toledo - Health Science Campus Scholarships

Most of the University of Toledo’s Health Science Campus scholarships are based on a combination of academic merit and financial need. For example, the Frank E. Horton Presidents Scholarship has a minimum GPA requirement of 3.5, but also considers need. The Frank M. Fisher Scholarship is similar, considering only students who are Pell eligible.

Other scholarships reward diversity or special interests, especially in local students. The Christian Leadership Program Scholarship is designed for Catholic graduate students, while the Charms, Inc. Scholarship is reserved for African-American students who graduated from a Toledo area high school.

Applying for University of Toledo - Health Science Campus Scholarships

If you’re interested in financial aid at the University of Toledo’s Health Science Campus, make sure you complete the FAFSA each year. This will help determine your eligibility for the many HSC scholarships that consider need, as well as federal financial aid programs.

In the late spring or early summer, UToledo will send you a letter detailing your financial aid and scholarship award. You can then accept or decline your financial aid package online, via your myUT account.
