The Culinary Institute of America Programs & Areas of Study

The curriculum at The Culinary Institute of America is designed to provide students with an extremely broad education in the culinary arts and sciences. Bachelor’s and associate’s degree candidates all have access to a far-flung course list in disciplines like history and foreign languages to augment their practical, hands-on kitchen experiences.

Externships at participating CIA affiliates the world over are available, as are online and continuing education courses.
