Washington State University is one of the top Educational Institutions in Washington State. They are very committed to providing top notch skills to their students. WSU well known for its programs in chemical engineering, veterinary medicine, agriculture, animal science, food science, plant science, architecture, neuroscience, criminal justice and communications, as well as its atmospheric, biological chemistry, shock physics, sleep and wood materials research laboratories. It is ranked in the top-ten universities in the US in terms of clean technology and it is one of 96 public and private universities in America with "very high research activity," as determined by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching.
Most of the classes I took at WSU had a very good professor to student ratios. It was very nice to have the ability to work with the professor and not his assistant. I found the workloads to be tough but fair given my classes. The professors are top notch all the way and really are experts in their fields.
WSU is very involved in athletics which revolves around their Pac-12 Football and Basketball team. The city is mostly students and there are always things going on for students to do. Safety is not a big concern as their is not much malicious crime going on.
I have only visited Wsu a couple of times, but everyone there seems really nice, friendly and helpful. I love the campus feel and the architecture.
Will begin fall 2013
