Overall

I love Palmer in its entirety. It's a really good school and its location has been placed perfectly in a not so active town so it isn't hard to stay focused. We have a wide variety of the very best professors in their fields. Everyone has a strong philosophy which helps us gain confidence in molding our own.

Academics

The workload is very intense at Palmer, but so is every other doctorate program. The class sizes are relatively normal, no more than 70 students usually. We have a competitive teacher to student ratio, which is one of the main reasons I chose this campus. The classes are a challenge and we are taught all of the required sciences in order to become exceptional doctors. The professors are highly qualified. Our staff includes MDs, DCs, and others are highly special end in their respects!

College Life

Palmer is like its own family on one campus. It's not unlikely to walk across campus and only run into a hand full of unfamiliar faces. The main nightclubs are beachside or about 30 minutes away in Orlando. We have many different clubs on campus, so it's easy to gain more expertise in the things you love and meet more people. We have security on campus, but very rarely do we need them besides to unlock doors. There aren't any extramural athletic teams but we do compete intramurally which is just as fun. We have soccer, softball, flag football, and basketball. On the weekend there isn't too much to do in the area, but Orlando is only a short drive away with the main attractions being Disney parks, watermarks, Orlando Magics arena, and many clubs and restaurants.
