Reviews for University of Northwestern Ohio
I really like the layout of this school. Classes are easy to get to and there are plenty of places to eat. I would recommend taking a tour of the campus before your first day. Enjoy the bookstore and Starbucks.
I really love the small classes and that they are done by 2 p.m. (45 minutes long). Very friendly professors and staff and love my RacerGang! The homework challenges you to be the best. Diverse classes.
The clubs and organizations are great. We offer a lot of things from bowling, Kareokee, dances, and Bible study. The athletic teams are great too; racing, baseball, basketball, golf, and tennis. The atmosphere is friendly and safe.
The Auto Tech Program looked very professional and the atmosphere had me excited to get to learning!! The students there looked involved in their learning experience. I fell in love with all the different learning stations and the teaching techniques!! Everything was exquisite and I am more than anxious to attend. The extra curricular activities are astounding and I foresee myself getting involved in many. This IS the College I would absolutely LOVE to attend beginning on July 1, 2013...if I can get approved for Scholarships... Thank you.
I am probably in the wrong Web page...haven't attended as of yet. But, since I am here, I would love to give an overall review of my experience touring the facility!! The program was totally wonderful, from the learning process in small groups and learning one task at a time, to the beautiful, clean atmosphere of the building. I did not meet any professors but the Guidance Counselors were extremely professional and helpful. I am so overjoyed that I took the time to go and tour this one of a kind College Campus.
Oh my goodness...from what I viewed of this College when touring....every aspect of this College is outstanding, not only the classroom, but the housing, students independence, awesome clubs and activities!! I am going to fit in so well with this place....if I receive this fabulous honor!
When I toured the school I was impressed by the knowledge and overall helpfulness of the staff. The programs I feel I will learn hands on more so than other schools I looked at. They also have the racing team with a race track that i can benefit from along with being in a town big enough that can support the school and my getting a job to help pay for my education, which their classes offer different times of day so that I can work also.
Classes can be different times of the day, morning. afternoon, evening and even at night. The class size is small so that you have a chance to work hands on. The programs are structured that if I study diesel mechanic I only have to take a few additional classes to also get agriculture mechanic training.
They offer different clubs to meet your individual interest. They have a diesel club which you can work on and pull with the truck. They also have a race track that they race every Friday night during the summer. They have a workout faciilty.
