Mansfield Beauty Schools has locations in Quincy and Springfield, Massachusetts, and offers a state-of-the-art cosmetology education for future beauty industry professionals.
Academics at Mansfield are broken up into two programs: Cosmetology and Manicuring. The Cosmetology Program consists of 1,000 hours, and teaches students the current trends in cosmetology while preparing them for their state board examination.
Their Manicuring program is 100 hours, and prepares students not only for their exams, but also for an entry-level position as a manicurist.
In order to begin the admissions process, prospective students must speak with an admissions counselor. Additionally, students must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, submit all official transcripts, or pass an ability-to-benefit test.
College life prepares students for their professional life by providing them with the opportunity to work on clients while under instructor supervision.
Financial aid and tuition assistance is available to those who qualify. Students may be eligible for a no-interest tuition payment plan, federal and state grants, and loans. Private and institutional aid is not available.
In addition to tuition, students are responsible for the cost of kits, books, supplies, and registration fees.
