University of Rochester

Overall

Personally, I think that applicants should be aware that the atmosphere of URochester is not for those who only want to see their classroom and the inside of their dorm room for four years. With one of the country's premier music schools and a beautiful, bustling campus just outside your door, you would be doing yourself an injustice if you didn't take advantage of them.

Academics

I'm a prospective student, so I'm not sure how the classes are day-to-day, but URochester has an excellent academic reputation. The classes that I was able to see were decently sized, not too big but not super small either.

College Life

U Rochester has a great campus and lively student body. My tour guide was particularly friendly and open to questions, but what stood out to me most was how approachable the professors I talked to were.
