Academics Rating

Classes are small, average 21 students. The professors really get to know their students and are eager to help. Workload simply depends on what class, professor or major you are involved with. Some majors are given more priority than others.

Student at This School - Grad Year 2014

Academics Rating

The faculty at Eckerd is friendly and great. We have an extremely low ratio of students to teachers so it makes it so easy to get to know your professors. This makes them so much more understanding when you need to miss a class or make up and assignment. I play a sport and am a fulltime enrolled student athlete and the professors are very understanding of the demading schedule I have and help me out in any way that they can. Even playing a sport I still have plenty of free time after all my homework is done.
