Meghan Heitkamp Student at This School - Grad Year 2017
I am in my third year at the University of St. Thomas, and I could never have expected the depth of my undergraduate academic experience. I came into college with a love of reading and writing, but I was unsure of how that could translate to a college major or experience. Now, I am an English and Communications/Journalism double major with a business minor. I have discovered exciting new opportunities each day through the wonderful mentors I have found in my professors. The English department has consistently pushed me to seek new outlets for analysis, creativity, and expansion, while the COJO department allows me to bring together theories with practical application of skills. Looking back to three years ago, my growth in my knowledge, skills, and critical thought is huge. I owe so much to the people at St. Thomas that have taken me under their wing and allowed me to learn and discover with their guidance.
Blake Johnson Student at This School - Grad Year 2017
I have been having the time of my life ever since I first stepped foot on the St. Thomas campus. I have felt like my academic needs have been exceeded and that I have been benefited immensely in the classroom as a result of this. I will always carry fond memories of my time here as long as I live. The welcoming community will always be in my heart.
