STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL. Seriously. If you have the option to go ANYWHERE else, do it. You will not be able to get ANYONE on the phone EVER. You CANNOT get anything done via computer or phone. You LITERALLY have to take off of work to do ANYTHING. They ignore your emails & phone calls. I have literally only found 1 person to ever help me here. They don't care about you or your education. The people at the front desk will even tell you “I don't know anything about this” and they will send you back and forth between offices because no one communicates! They don't want to deal with you or help you at all. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. I really wish it was a better school because it would give a lot of people great opportunities.

Overall

I loved Bossier Parish Community College from the first moment I walked on campus. I have had some awesome teachers who continue to be an inspiration to me. BPCC is a great school that has many opportunities. I encourage anyone to start their college career at BPCC.

Academics

Most classes have around thirty students and most professors at BPCC are great. Most of my professors have inspired me and encouraged me. They love what they do and it shows through their teaching. I have had several professors who have left a lasting impression on me. One in particular is Ken Franks. Mr. Franks was my Medical Terminology professor my first semester at BPCC, and he has been my mentor ever since.

Campus Facilities & Safety

The Learning Center and Library are great learning resources that BPCC offers. The Learning Center has helped me with most of my classes, especially with writing papers and anatomy. The Learning Center has computers, tutors, and anatomy models. There are also lots of activities for students.

I like tthe new campus and I like the courses they have to offer in the cullinary field. I think the financial aid office is great they are willing to go above and beyond to help me. I am a widow who is starting over I have never had a job before. So this is all new to me.

Academics

I have not started school there yet. But I am looking foward to my classes. I have heard that all the professors and great. I am looking so foward to school. It has been a very long time since I have been in school. I also hear that the classes are not to big.

Campus Facilities & Safety

I feel very safe there. There is security on the campus at all times. The parking lots are very well lit. The ficility is new and very pretty. The atmosphere is fun and exciting. The computer labs are very modern and up to date. The people are all very friendly.
