The school's key location 10 minutes from central Philadelphia is amazing. It easily allows students to maintain jobs and internships in a city atmosphere while still maintaining the ability to attend class. Graduating college with just a degree doesn't cut it anymore if you don't have the experience to go with it. Temple is amazing with accommodating student's professional and student lives. The career office there is amazing. Because it is so close to the city, a certain urban atmosphere surround the bordering area of campus causing some minor safety concerns. However, with the security always fully staffed, and the campus always well lit, the area often has the feel of an area separated from the crime that sometimes accompanies city life.
I absolutely love it here. My resident hall is very new and clean and there are so many food options around campus. The professors I've had so far have been great and I have not found very many students that I haven't liked. Downtown Philadelphia is so easily accessible from campus that there's always something going on.
