Reviews for Point Loma Nazarene University
What I really liked about Point Loma was the amazing feeling of community I got the minute I walked on to campus. Everyone I meet here is seriously nice and so welcoming. Even though I am only a sophmore, I have met so many amazing friends and really helpful professors. It just seems like everyone here really wants you to succeed.
The classes here are pretty small, which is super nice because meeting with professors for help is really easy. I am going into the Nursing program and one of the perks of PLNU is that their program is not impacted and is one of the best around. It is a pretty big and difficult work load, but once you know how you study best and manage your time, then it is achievable.
Every month there are at least one to three events that give students the opportunity to hang out and really experience life on campus. One event that is really great is Movie in the Greek, which is when a large, blow up screen is put up and movie is projected with everyone sitting outside in the stands of the Greek, a building right outside with an amazing view. A plus is that fresh and easy is right up the street, along with a cup of yo and other great places, making easy access to fast and delicious food when no one feels like going to the cafeteria.
During my College research for my daughter,I found that Point Loma Nazarene College had most of qualities and programs that a parent wants for their child.I'm so happy that my daughter is attending PLNU ! The choice was easy at the end of the work ,looking at every detail. My husband and I are extremely happy to know that our daughter is attending an amazing college !! Thank you, Ilda Vaz Gomes
I believe this area is for students, Depending on their major ,it can vary the classes, programs, workload, etc. They need to have their priorities in order to achieve their grades and keep them their grades.
Students have a lot choices offered to them that they have a chance to participate. Depending on their preferences, they have so many programs for students. They need to use their time to participate to keep up with their grades.
