Julie Garner Student at This School - Grad Year 2013
I had no problems in the nursing program academically. I sailed through all of the program's classes and clinical requirements easily. It wasn't until the start of the 2nd year that I became the victim of a brand new clinical instructor (Valerie Swan) who decided to lie about her own error and put the blame on the student. Maybe she thought the student would be remediated and no harm done. After all it was a brand new job for her, it would not be viewed favorably if she admitted to a hospital error only 4 weeks into a new job. That's not a person I want to say mentored me anyway. The pseudo-coordinator (self title- not official) who acted on the fictional story seems to prefer the path of least resistance both mentally and physically.

I have currently taking Environmental Biology, College Math and classes with UMUC to graduate in the spring. So I have full workload in additional to part time work and doctor's appointment, being a Mom and grandparent. I would recommend this to all!
