About Regis College

If you want a quality Catholic liberal arts education with an emphasis on intellectual inquiry, service and leadership, the Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts, may be the place for you.

The school is guided by the values of the Sisters of St. Joseph in Boston, offering religious and philosophy studies to interested students. Admissions do not require students to have a faith background, as the school welcomes students of all faiths.

Students may join one of the school’s many clubs and organizations, participate in Campus Ministry social and leadership opportunities, and perform community service through many outreach activities and events for an enriching student life.

Academics include more than 15 undergraduate majors and 30 minors, as well as an honors program and teacher licensure programs. Also offered are more than eight graduate programs, Nursing certificate programs, a doctorate in Nursing and six graduate certificates.

Admissions require students to submit high school or GED transcripts, a personal essay, letters of recommendation and ACT/SAT scores. It is highly encouraged for students to interview with an admissions administrator.

To apply for need-based financial aid, students must complete the FAFSA application. The school offers many merit-based scholarships, awarding them to students with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher, or to graduates of Mount St. Joseph Academy, Cathedral High School, and North Cambridge High School. Federal and state aid options include Pell grants, MASSgrants, FSEO grants and state scholarships.
