About ASU
The downtown Phoenix campus of Arizona State University (ASU) grants degrees in the arts, sciences, healthcare and other fields. ASU’s Phoenix campus also offers easy access and numerous professional work opportunities.
Students at ASU, Phoenix, may earn a bachelor’s or graduate degree in such subject areas as:

ASU Phoenix also offers students many real-world professional opportunities throughout the city. ASU’s community service division, for example, offers more than 1,000 different assignments. Community service assignments help students to gain experience, build their resume and make connections while helping others.
ASU Phoenix even has the unique Alternative Break program. This program gives students the chance to take three days off from school to work in a community somewhere in the state.
Applicants must submit application materials through the ASU website. In addition to an admissions application, applicants must submit transcripts and ACT or SAT scores. Applicants must have taken a college prep curriculum. They should also be in the top 25% of their graduating class and have a GPA of at least 3.0.
ASU has a tuition scholarship program, called The President Barack Obama Scholars program. Other types of financial aid include need-based and academic scholarships, grants, loans and work-study. Students must complete a FAFSA for aid consideration.

The tour was lead by passionate professionals. I was excited by the atmosphere and professionalism. The Walter Cronkite school had many hands on experiences for students and all areas of journalism were included to create a well rounded graduate.

I am a prospective student and after I toured this campus I can honestly say that it is a beautiful campus that has so much to offer. It has so many opportunities with administrators who really seem to care about their students. Their location is extremely convenient and their campus is a perfect fit for anyone interested in living or pursuing a career in the city.
