About SUNO

Southern University at New Orleans (SUNO), located near Downtown New Orleans, has provided students and career professionals with higher education learning opportunities for over 50 years.

The public university has a partnership with Delgado Community College (DCC) to allow students to complete their first two years at DCC, and then their final two years at SUNO, if they want to take advantage of the “2+2” bachelor’s degree program. Academic majors that qualify under the program offering are: Biology, Criminal Justice, and Mathematics.

SUNO also has its own undergraduate and graduate degree programs in areas such as:
