Overall
Edgewood College is great I am so happy I picked this school. I know all my professors and they know who I am. The class size is small so you can easily ask questions. Security members here are so nice that I know that I can trust them to keep campus safe. The campus is so small that you don't have to worry about taking a really long time to get to class the from one end to the other it probably takes 10 minutes to get there still by walking slowly. I love the new art building on campus me and my friends will go there to study while watching movies on the projector to keep us entertained.
Academics
The academics here are great most of my professors you can tell care about how you're doing in class and you can go them for any questions. They know your name and will say hi if they see you around campus. Some teachers can give you a lot of work and act like that's the only class you have but what school doesn't have that problem and usually it's easy to handle if you can buckle down and do it right away so you still have time for fun with friends.
College Life
There is so much to do on campus we have an organization called CAB that plans fun events for low prices. We have gone to mall of America, fright fest, paint balling, movies, and a whole lot of other activities. The safety on campus is amazing even walking back to dorms at 2 am from a different building you know you will be fine and if something does happen there are security alarms all over that you just need to push a button and they will come right away. They have a safe shuttle ride from Thursday through Sunday that stops in different places to drop off and pick up students who want to go to town and have fun.

When I visited the school I did not know it would be as small as it was. it felt nice knowing everything was so close and that there were not as many students as in other schools I had visited. Everyone was really welcoming, more than what I expected. For example, as my group was walking outside to see the Lake Wingra a student yelled out a window to "Have a nice day!" and that "Edgewood is the college to be in!". That was what i liked most about the visit, how everyone was welcoming and in a good mood. Even when our guide could not find a room open in the dormitories to show us, two students volunteered to have us check out their dorm rooms. One other thing I really liked was the fact that they had their own Nurse Practitioner right on campus for when the students get sick, this was a really positive sign for me since that is the career i want to be in. For other students who go to visit all i have to say is that they should keep an open mind and try to see past the fact that the school is so small because sometimes that can be a good thing since you will be able to get more personal with your professors, fellow students and even the staff.

My High School, Saint Thomas More is part of the Project Lead the Way which includes Engineering Courses as well as Bio-Medical courses. I currently enrolled in the Bio-Medical courses which have college level work. The average class size in the school is between 15 and 20 students depending on what classes you are enrolled in.
College Life
During my visit to Edegewood the atmosphere was very welcoming and social, when we went into the two halls where students went in to eat, everyone was talking and having a good time. We were not told about the athletics or clubs. Campus safety was really good, there had not been need for a call to the local police station or even the campus security is a long time, so that showed that safety on the campus was good.
