Omitech Institute in Decatur, Georgia offers career-training in three high-powered fields, which lead many to employment in some of the top local and national businesses, hospitals and other organizations.
Omnitech’s programs take less than one year to complete and lead to careers in medical assisting, music engineering and computer network engineering.
Students in the computer networking program have had the opportunity to work with such companies as AT&T, Toshiba, Delta, Comcast and more. Included in the list of places where audio engineering students have found employment are numerous film studios such as Flash Entertainment, M-Studios, New Works and Quality Sound.
Graduates of the medical assisting program have worked in a number of reputable health clinics, hospitals, centers and other medical facilities throughout Atlanta.
Part of what makes OmniTech students so successful is the classroom atmosphere, which includes experienced instructors and extensive hands-on learning as well.
The student services are also geared towards maximum student success. Career services help place students in relevant positions. They also help them with interviewing, resume writing and even study skills.
Financial aid, which is offered to eligible students mostly through grants and federal and private loans, also provides incentive for high student achievement. Students must maintain a GPA of at least 3.0 in order to maintain and continue to receive financial aid.
