Overall
Berklee is good for one thing. Getting a degree while spending most of your time practicing your instrument. If that's your plan, then Berklee is the place for you.
Academics
Stick a needle in my brain. Again, if you want to sail through school, while paying out the literral kazoo, and being able to spend endless hours practicing your instrument, then this is the place for you. BE WARNED, when you see all the names of those who have passed through the doors at Berklee, a vast majority spent a whopping ONE semester there and split. What do YOU want. To play your instrument full time? Then go do it. Berklee will not do it for you. Also, Berklee has their own way of writing music and teaching it, but the problem is that no one in the rest of the world does it the way Berklee does.
College Life
Nothing could be worse than the social/college life at Berklee. All dudes, not many females. Your classmates have little known social skills. You make what you can of it.
