With more than 30 departments, Labette Community College offers a wide range of academics. You can study everything from Computer Science to Recording Arts Technology, or pursue one of the college’s many vocational training programs. Whether you want to join the workforce or continue to a four-year college, LCC can help you get there.
There are also plenty of financial aid opportunities to pave the way. LCC participates in federal aid programs like Pell grants and Stafford loans, and funds a number of institutional scholarships, as well. To apply for these scholarships, be sure to complete the LCC Scholarship Form by April 1.
Labette Community College provides services for non-degree-seeking students as well. Workforce and continuing education, industry training and non-credit courses are a great way to strengthen your professional skills or enrich your personal life.
The admissions process at Labette is quite simple. Once you’ve finished the admissions application, send your transcripts and ACT scores to the college. If you haven’t taken the ACT, you can take the COMPASS placement exam instead. Contact the school for information on where and when to take this exam.
