As a working adult and grandmother, I am thrilled that their selection of evening classes are just the classes that I needed to obtain my degree. The professors at Touro are usually retired teachers who know the programs, students that one may be dealing with and the ropes of the system. I am so happy that I chose Touro for my masters in special/general education. I still have three class to go but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I will also need an additional two classes to be able to obtain my certification for high school. Touro also offers summer classes for convenience for working adults like myself. Dr. Schindleheim is one of my favorite professors. If it was not for him, I might have dropped out. He encouraged me to complete my project and continue in the program.

When i visited Touro College I was mostly impressed by the friendliness of both the faculty and the student body. It is an environment that engenders apostitive attitude towards learning, which really abated most of my fears about attending.
