The San Juan campus of the Utah State University, College of Eastern Utah in Blanding, Utah, offers top-notch academic programs at one of the oldest residential universities in the state.
To ensure that students receive an enriching student life, the campus offers many educational, social and recreational opportunities. Students may join one of the many student clubs and organizations, where you can expand your interests while you make lifelong friends.
The campus regularly hosts events that introduce and expose students to different multicultural groups to celebrate the diversity of the student body. Many specialized programs are offered to students who belong to a minority group.
Academics are offered in three divisions: liberal arts, sciences and professional and applied technology. Degrees or certificates are offered in fields like:
- Criminal Justice
- Business Computer Information Systems
Admissions require students to submit an application, an official high school transcript or GED and ACT scores. Students must choose a field of study before official enrollment.
Tuition is set lower for residents of Utah.
Financial aid is available to eligible students who have filed a FAFSA through federal Pell grants and USU scholarships. Recipients of USU scholarships are awarded for their GPA and credit-hour requirements.
