Description

Founded as a small Baptist university over one hundred years ago, Ottawa University has now grown and expanded to include campuses across the United States including one in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The Milwaukee campus specializes in educating students for service-oriented and business careers, awarding bachelor’s and master’s degrees in such fields as:

  • Business Administration
  • Education
  • Human Services
  • Psychology
  • Health Care Management
  • Human Resources

College life activities include campus ministry groups and special interest student clubs and organizations.

Those seeking admission to Ottawa’s Milwaukee campus will need to submit transcripts, SAT or ACT scores and an essay outlining their educational and personal goals and objectives at Ottawa. Those with a GED must have a score of at least 450.

Ottawa has a number of scholarships available to help students to cover tuition costs. Each scholarship is designated for a specific group or purpose. There are, for example, scholarships for Native Americans, for those with a sibling attending Ottawa and for members of certain churches.

In addition, there are federal financial aid awards, which may be obtained by filling out a FAFSA. Federal aid includes Pell grants, loans and work-study awards.
